Who is Arsenal?
Arsenal “aka” James Owens has spent the last 25 years as an Ironworker. In 2004 he was given the opportunity to register for the Ironworkers apprenticeship where he completed and became a Journeyman Ironworker. He has spent the last 5 years working for the Ironworkers apprenticeship and striving to provide the pathway to a living wage career that apprenticeship offers. He created Arsenal Gaming in hopes to have a broader reach in community and be able to actually partner with the individuals who need assistance. 100% of all proceeds go directly to the individuals and removing their barriers to living wage careers that apprenticeship provides.
I am currently Gaming for Community!!We use 100% of our donations to help women, minorities, people of color, and underrepresented communities get a “Level-Up” in life through the Pre-Apprenticeship pathway. Every penny goes to assist folks moving into registered apprenticeship!!

Our MISSION: VIPER’s mission is to stop veteran suicide, by tackling veteran
underemployment, unemployment, and homelessness.
REDEFINING TRANSITION: VIPER provides a seamless transition into the civilian workforce and meaningful long-term employment opportunities for exiting Active Duty Service Members, Veterans, or spouses of Active Duty service members. Our approach is to tackle veteran
underemployment, unemployment, and homelessness. VIPER’s mission is to stop veteran suicide.
We Create Opportunities for Candidates & Businesses: VIPER believes veteran underemployment, unemployment, and homelessness are primary causes of veteran suicide and has a plan to stop it. VIPER’s purpose is to train and guarantee employment/career placement to Veterans and Military Spouses. We assist applicants in career path decisions and coordinate placement in the program of their choice. Our business partners sign contracts with our applicants that specify important details of employment; number of hours to be worked, wages, healthcare, retirement plans, and required training needed for the position. Once the agreement is signed, the VIPER applicant attends training to gain the necessary credentials for their chosen career. This direct entry method into a career, based on the needs of the Veteran/spouse and the employer, is unique. VIPER redefines what it means to transition. VIPER – A solution that works
ANEW was founded in 1980 by people dedicated to improving the access and advancement of women in non-traditional career pathways such as construction and manufacturing. ANEW continues to focus on equity and inclusion in the construction industry for both women and people of color.
ANEW is the oldest, continuously running pre-apprenticeship program in the nation with a unique and successful reputation for training people to enter the construction industry.
ANEW partners with over 17 apprenticeship programs in the Puget Sound region. In addition to the apprenticeship programs, ANEW collaborates with public partners, other pre-apprenticeship programs and employers. Because of our strong partners, we are able to see clients successfully apply to and be accepted in apprenticeship programs. ANEW continues to offer retention services to clients for two years, resulting in increased retention for pre-apprenticeship graduates.
ANEW does not discriminate on the basis of age, national origin, race, ethnicity, gender, background, religion, sexual orientation, or disability.
Our MISSION is to ensure that our under-served, reentry and high risk clients have the support and resources necessary for success in our communities. We look at our clients as whole people and assist with barriers including employment, housing, education and training and personal relationships. We have a strong commitment to collective work and responsibility and hold high standards for both our clients and partner organizations. Our goal is to Reshape lives, Restore families, and Rebuild community, for each of our clients.
R3 VISION. R3 is a non-profit organization that assists the under-served, reentry and at-risk community to overcome barriers. It is R3’s belief that the achievements of our clients not only effect the individual, but also the families they are a part of. R3 takes a holistic approach when creating our clients plans. At the core of R3 is the notion that intervention prior to incarceration and during reentry are principled belief systems, not just programs. Our clients are human beings, not numbers or case files. Success calls for a broad systems approach to ensure efficacy when returning to society. It is a commitment that starts with the question: What do our clients need to succeed? What is needed to Reshape the lives, Restore the families and Rebuild the community, of each of the people we assist?
R3 VALUES. Professional. People oriented. Family focused. Community minded. R3 sees the systematic gap in services provided to the high-risk and formerly incarcerated, who require more resources and support than is provided. Most of these individuals are not given the necessary tools to succeed. Our client’s success is based on much more than a basic one-time plan; we work to build a plan for life. It is a flawed analogy to think one generic method will work for every individual. R3 designs a strategic roadmap specific to the respective client and their family. Reshaping lives, Restoring families, Rebuilding community.
